You can always tell the person who has never painted a car. They are
the one who wants to do the body work and primer and get " some one
good" to apply the paint.
After you have done a full job yourself, you start looking for some
one who will do the body work and primer and let you apply the paint.
The final appearance is all in the prep. Good prep and a mop, I could
give you a great paint job : bad prep and a NASA paint booth, it will
still look like Earl did it.
Go with this guy. He is shooting straight.
