Another SOLer said he built himself a rotiserie... seems like that'd be
biting off more than I can chew. Do you have any pointers as to where I
might buy/rent one and approximate costs?

I'm going this afternoon to talk to the local paint guy. I'll get an
initial estimate about painting costs, and to get his advice on stripping
and such. Hopefully I have enough info now to speak a little bit of his
language.
