In a book about Vintage Racing and how to set up your car (by Brand and model) there is a MGB set up with Mitubishi wheels that fill up the stock fenderwells quite nicely. Didn't say anything about hubs etc. Sorry, don't have the name of the book (I was just looking at the pictures, honest!)
