I've got a 66 MGB roadster which is black w/ red leather (nice combo). The
PO (who purchased it in '68) said that it was always black / red, and that
combo was some sort of special edition, though there are no badges
indicating so. He gave me the impression that leather interiors were
uncommon in MGs of that era. Anyone with data on this?
For what it's worth, while I strive for originality in my fixings, when it
comes time (& budget) to fix up the exterior, I'm going to paint it black
(again). Didn't some other famous brit say that too? : - )
