Zahid,
It's good you're rebuilding the engine yourself; it's a satisfying
job. However, there are certain things that should be done on any rebuild,
just to make sure that it will turn out well. Having to re-rebuild an
engine is frustrating.
Size the rods, get a new oil pump, replace the timing chain (and
maybe a sprocket or two), check those thrust surfaces like the life of
the engine depends on it, use new gaskets and seals (again), use
all new bearings (again). That's the minimum list. Others may have more
things to add to this, as I may have overlooked some stuff.
Beyond that list, have a machine shop check the bores and pistons
together, have them check the crank, you check the rocker shaft for wear
and you check the oil pressure relief valve for correct seating.
Above all, Don't lose heart.
