Glenn,

        The name of the book is "Weber Carburetors" by Pat Braden. It 
was written in 1988 and published by HPBooks. The data that I posted 
came from a table of conversion kits which lists the specs for various 
cars that can benefit from Webers. As far as I can tell the specs are 
for road use.
    For those who are wondering about my carb problems, I've put it on 
hold for a bit but I'm going to try the float level adjustment this 
weekend. Will keep in touch.
