My guess is that the wheel cyl on the wheel that freezes up is rusted. That happens a lot to brakes on cars hat sit for long periods of time. (Happened to me just the other day.) Rebuild it or replace it. Might as well do an entire brake inspection and rebuild while you're at it. Stopping a car safely is an important part of "safety fast". |
