MG1100 b caps

I have three and need the fourth and fifth if possible.  These are for
the 1100 we are slowly putting back together which belongs to our son
in England.  Car is here, he is there and would like to have finished
for his next visit.  We found three in Carlisle packed in the original
BMC box.  They are chrome with a black MG logo.  The box is labelled
"BMC Service 88G 343 Hub Cover qty 4" I wish!  Thanks in advance.
