just after i got my '73 b, i was in the parking lot of the apartment complex i
lived in at the time. a neighbor (about 10 years old) came up to me and asked:

it's an mg.

<<well, what kind is it?>>
a b.
<<oh! i see! m-g (pointing to the emblem on the trunk) g-b (pointing to the
great britain sticker on the tail)>>.
uh... not quite. the car is made by mg, and the model is a b. like your truck
is made my ford, and the model is a bronco.
<<well, i've never heard of mg before>>
it's a very old car

A few years ago a kid asked me if my '78 B was a Mercedes Benz?
BTW - I had a new garage built last summer. The builder's name was Don
Morris - really . Guess what kind of Garage I have!
