60 degrees is precisely the right amount of dwell angle for a 4 cyl car, as
dwell is how long the points are CLOSED  to charge the coil.
In theory, (practice always varys when you talk Lucas!) 60 degrees to charge
and 30 to discharge should be adaquate to fire the coil, X 4 times = 360
degrees of distributer rotation
