Gus, Yes, the fool pump should stop. Or, at best, go from a high rate of pucka-pucka to a very slow rate...pucka ......pucka..............pucka....................... pucka........................................pucka. You will note the pucka's get further apart. Think about it. As the float bowls fill, float rises to needle, forcing said needle to close off the flow of fuel coming into the float bowl. Thus, no more pucka. Alan |
