MGB Production Data

Following the thread on how many North American MGBs had overdrive I have 
the opportunity to go through the BMIHT records and count them!

*If* I take it up it occurs to me that there may be other aspects that 
aren't covered by Clausager that I could also look at. Any suggestions?
