Bearing caps: Yes.
Torque plate: Only if you have one.

Torque plates are good things -- not withstanding the material of the engine.
They work as well on cast iron as they do on aluminum. That said, they are
not necessary on either. I have built 215 engines without torque plates and
have had great results.
So, if you can find one use it but if none is found, don't fret.
