I'm sure Frank Clarici needs to know this before renting a car in England and assuming it's your typical German car, assembled in the UK, of Brazilian parts. Heard on NPR this morning that MG/Rover, the last independent car company on the Olde Sod, is courting China's largest auto company in an effort to be bought out. So, will quality of replacement parts go up or down?
