I have a 1970 MGB GT shell (as part of a V8 build) and the accelerator
pedal has been fitted. But it seems too long at the bit where the cable
attaches. The small square pad which serves to hit the adjusting screw (on
the body) hits where the cable should go through. Measuring the top arm
from the pivot it is 3 3/4" long - Seems it should be far less. Do I need
a different pedal - there were two types yes? Can anyone help me here?
I am attempting to fit throttle cable (bought from D&D Fabrications) to the
Edelbrock 500cfm carb
