Well, I was hoping to have my V8 back on the road
again for the long July 4th weekend. However, RPI
decided to ship me +.020 3.5L pistons, instead of the
3.9L pistons I had ordered. The machine shop said
they were a "bit" too small. RPI has graciously
corrected their mistake and has shipped a new set.
However, it's going to be another week before they
arrive back on this side of the ocean.
If anyone is looking for a set of 3.5L dished top
+.020 pistons, they could probably buy these from RPI
without having to pay the $110 shipping from the UK.
They are like 165-175#. If your "seriuosly"
interested, I can tell you who to call at RPI to talk
to them about it. I'll probably ship these back to
RPI early next week, so please speak up now.

With a nice shiny useless lup of metal shaped like a
car in the garage. I guess I can push it around the
yard and make vroom-vroom sounds. I wonder if I can
get my fiance' to push it for me :-)
