Thanks to the team for the answers!!  I suspect that the reason I never 
found resonators in performance catalogs is that most hot-rodders 
probably want the least restrictive system that is still legal.  In 
other words, based on my new understanding of resonators, there probably 
isn't much of an (after)market for them!
