There is a much greater selection of rims for 5-lug axles, which is why I was 
curious.
If I were to put on a Dana 44 axle, and covert it to a 4-lug pattern, I assume 
I would have to stick to the stock Dana drums, and have the drums drilled each 
time I had to put on new drums? (which I imagine would only be once every few 
years?) or am I missing something obvious?
