Everything is back together now. The pump turns much more smoothly and
makes a steady 68psi with the drill at 850RPM. About what I expected
considering I retained the relief spring that came in the metric oil pump.
Do you think this is too high? Will I likely be causing leaks because of
this pressure?
I also dropped my dash harness into place today. Tomorrow I will start
hooking it up and fixing it in place. After that, tests on the individual
circuits (19), and then starting. No driveshaft yet, I can't afford one, so
no driving for at least a few weeks.
