MGB V8 in metro DC/VA/MD area

Hi,
   My name is James and I'm brand new to the list.  I have a 77 MGB that 
I want to upgrade to a V-8 (why else would I be on the list?).  I was 
hoping that anyone in the DC area could drop me a line sometime. I'd 
like to chat and see your projects, as well as get advice on local speed 
shops, etc.  Thanks in advance.
