mgb windshield install

I polished and clear powdercoated my w'shield parts and got all new rubber, 
hdwe, and glass.  I'm about to start working up the nerve to install the 
glass,  If anyone has any real-world helpful tips, please let me know!  I've 
heard it's a difficult job.
