Thanks for all the replies. I finally got them out. The ford 8" doesn't have a rear cover. The 4 bolts on the outside bearing are what hold the axle in. Turns out the bearing housing was damaged, pinching the axle in place. So we took one end to a tree, the other end to the hitch of our truck and used a come along to pull it apart. Son of a ***** considering the other side fell right out with 2 taps of a rubber hammer. Now looks like it's time to clean it up and ship it to Currie.
