Well Glenn I am exploring possibilities, your's sounds like a good idea.
I'm a bit new at this "hot rod" stuff but let me see if I get it. Turn the rod
journals off center by the difference in size of the old rod vs. the new rod
journals, which is about 0.19". The difference in stroke between the 300 and
the 4.6 is about 0.13". So actually if you maximized the off center turning you
could actually end up with a little more stroke.
Interesting.
You say Ford pistons will fit the rods and end up with 10.0 to 1 comp?
Is that what you have in the car you brought to Cleveland?
