Rover 3.5

Can you believe it? Two years of looking for a Rover engine in my area, I go 
ahead and pickup the only local Buick 215 that I can find, and now a friend 
of mine is parting out a Range Rover. I'm thinking I should get the engine 
for the next go round. 

'88 Rover 3.5 EFI engine with wiring harness, computer, and all ancillaries 
(maybe I should ask for the fuel pump and a few other items?). Mileage about 
113k. He said I can have it for $1000.

Sound reasonable?
