There is a small turbo that runs on just the electrical system. I don't
have the name off hand but I can get it from a friend. It is based on a
ducted fan engine from an rc plane and makes 3psi of boost for about
$600US. It isn't very large and can be stuffed just about anywhere since
it is powered by the electrical system.
