I know the Rover V8 from a 1970 3500S will not clear the hood with the standard Rover SU intake manifold. How about a standard 1980 SD1 fuel injected engine? How about a JWR/DualPort with a Holley 390? How about a JWR/DualPort with an Edelbrock 1404 500CFM? Would any or all of these fit? Also, are the headers needed for the MGB installation all horribly expensive or are there reasonably priced alternatives? The stock SD1 exhaust manifolds are pretty compact. I'm surprised they do not fit. Glen Glen R. Wilson <GlenWilson@worldnet.att.net> Suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA |
