V8 convention

We now have the beginings of a web page for the convention. So far, I
only have a tentative schedule of events.

I will add a registration form as soon as Kurt gets it in final form, &
hotel info.

Despite the address, which is my personal site, this convention is not
limited to MGB's, or V8's, as many interesting V6 conversions have been
done, an Iron duke 4, & others.
