Thermostat temperature options are if you have a heater in the car,
and want
more warm air. Select the higher temperature thermostat for winter
driving, and
the cooler temperature thermostat for summer driving.
Living in So Cal, where temperatures are higher than Michigan, I run
the OEM
thermostat.
A three pass radiator, one that provides maximum cooling.
Install a 7 blade MGB fan, or find one that draws more air, than the
stock metal
fan blades. Useful more for when stopped, than when moving. Also,
make sure that
the radiator slats are allowing air flow through them.
Install a secondary fuel pump. Recommend Airtex E-8016S. Comes with
mounting
bracket. You can mount, using one of the two rear damper bolts, on
the right side of
the car. A second fuel pump, mounted in the rear, helps to lessen the
chance of
vapor-lock.
