If it is for a TD, no. That is an unballasted coil. It should be used
with a ballast resistor. I think some late-model MGBs used ballast
resistors but I definitely am not an MGB expert. The coil you would
want will have a resistance of around 3 ohms across the primaries. If
you don't know about ballast resistors, ask any old MOPAR enthusiast and
they will tell you more than you want to know.
