Let me get this straight. Running normally and then died? Did the wheels
lock up when it died? Have you tried taking it out of gear and using the
hand crank or putting it in 4th and trying to rock it back and forth? I
can't imagine it just locking up like that if you had oil, water and normal
temperatures. Do you remember what your oil pressure was just prior to it
quitting?
Fill in some more blanks before you go for the new engine.
