I recently had a Moss Stayfast top (#243-710) installed on the TC. The top
appears to be approximately 1-1/2 inches short on each side over the
windshield. This shortage results in side valances of the soft-top not
"rolling" over the sides of the windshield as shown in the Moss instruction
and pictures. This shortage also results in the side curtains not even
touching the lower portion of the top. All measurements for the windshield
and top bows are well within tolerances. The previous canvas top fit great
and was installed by the same individual who is knowledgeable on fitting
tops. Has anybody run into this problem with the fit of a Moss top? What was
the solution?
