Scott,
The 18 psi may have something to be said for it, but I have yet to
find that. With 18 psi you will have the feeling that the rims are ready
to scrape the asphalt. Tires do squeal nicely, though, and make nice
floppy noises on the pavement once you get out of the driveway. 24 is
far better. Some suggest 24 front and 27 rear, which is what I use.
