I have owned a copy of Sammy D's "Car Driving as an Art" for more than 
60 years and agree that it is a truly excellent read. I always enjoyed 
his recommendations about using the 'whole' road and his advice to 
would be chauffeurs. Regrettably much of it wouldn't fly today.
