OK, since some of you think the boiling water idea is BS...
Here's a sure-fire way to remove the darn thing!
Soak the drums for 10 days in $60 worth of WD40. Loosen any nuts you can
reach. Attach largest slide hammer to brake drum.....preferably to just one
lug. Have two friends with 12# sledge hammers poised on either side of
offending drum. Have another friend equipped with wrecker-bar as a pry
insert the tip of the iron rod under the drum. Equip another with a
oxy-accetalyne torch, and a final two with framing hammers.
Simultaniously, hammer, whack with slide, pry, pound on the iron drum, heat
white hot with welding torch.
If this doesn't work.......cut the entire suspension off with a torch, and
order a new one.
