The short answer Tim, is yes! On the H2 there was no provision for opening
the throttle with the choke. You have to use your slow running control. On
page 245 of Mike Sherrell's book "TCs Forever" there is a good illustration of
how it connects or take a look at another TC. If you don't have this book, its
a must for any TC owner.
