I just reread your post and realized that you were asking about
grease seals for the tie rod ends, and not the gaiter boots for
the rack.

Yes, you will not find any seals for the original tie rod ends. 
The TD never had them!  That's one reason why you have a 500 mile
grease service period.  If you'll inspect the illustration and
parts list on pages J.2 and J.3 of the shop manual you will find
no mention of a rubber grease seal.
