The basic answer to the nut location question was not to worry. Just
adjust the valve nut for the proper tan color on the spark plugs and
don't worry where it is on the valve threads. Too many variables to say
that all nuts will be a dozen or so flats down from the top. Don't know
where mine are now since I have adjusted them a little at a time for the
proper tan color, but they are pretty close to the top.
