In the past I've seen comments from some TD owners that to turn a brake
drum is to ruin it forever. My front drums are pretty badly scored -
when I got my basket case 52 TD the front linings were worn off to the
rivet heads - grooved bad enough to 'catch a fingernail.' I really
don't want to eat thru the new linings all that rapidly, but DO WANT TO
STOP by more traditional methods ! I'd like to hear some comments from
others before I proceed to re-assembly.
Thanks for the opinions,
Bud P.
