We really need a bit more information on what you have. I suspect you have a
Lucas Model 143 light unit This has the emblem at 90 degrees to the mounting
bolt and 8 3/8" rim size, same shape as a TC except the mounts are sideways.
If this is so, the lights were for Austin 10, 1946/47, Austin 30 cwt, 1948
and other Austin trucks, Morris commercials, 1945/48
Some Rover cars had a similar light, but longer teardrop shape and had 25
degree fixing from vertical mounting bolt.

I had a pair like that, but with slightly "longer" teardrop. They were aslo
"handed" and I eventually found that they came from a pre-war Vauxhall
saloon.
