Yes I worked with Allied Signal as a supplier 15 years ago.  They wanted 
quality then.  Today they are interested in the lowest price only.  The heck 
with quality or safety or service it is dollars dollars dollars.

As many chemical companies they will sell thier sole for .02 cents.
