Tire pressure

A dumb question.  Have owned my TD for 27 years and do almost all of the
repairs/rebuilds/etc myself.  Have 165 SR 15 radial tires on it with inner
tubes - The rims will not seat and maintain pressure.

Everyone gives me a different figure as to what tire pressure to maintain.
Keep in mind that I rocket down the highway at 50 to 55 MPH (occassionally
60 !!!!)
