RE: Next problem......water pump hose Whilst the trick of swopping the water jacket plates over solves that little problem, beware causing overheating to the front cylinder, the internal waterway tends to leave a pocket of still, very hot!, water water around it when you do it. On my supercharged engine this caused the piston to expand slightly & semi sieze.
