Dear Bob, A J2 I imported from Australia 5 years ago had modern diaphram clutch. If my memory is correct, the previous owner said it came from Subaru or Daihatsu. I think I still have some photos of said clutch - I will try to discover if you need. The car is now owned by a guy who runs Honda dealer. However, I think original J clutch is good enough (it is bigger than M). Simple and easy to adjust. Anyway we do not use clutch so often once we start the car, do we? Cheers, Hiro Nishio Kobe, Japan ----- Original Message ----- From: "Bob Grunau" <grunau.garage@sympatico.ca> To: "spook01" <spook01@comcast.net>; "mg-mmm" <mg-mmm@autox.team.net> Sent: Monday, June 20, 2005 8:49 AM Subject: RE: M clutch Hi REay, /// unsubscribe/change address requests to majordomo@autox.team.net or try /// http://www.team.net/cgi-bin/majorcool /// http://www.team.net/mailman/listinfo /// Archives at http://www.team.net/archive/mg-mmm /// Send list postings to mg-mmm@autox.team.net |
