Terry, I use the original systems on both my cars and use 160 oil. Its obtainable at the better stores. However, I keep the steering boxes filled separately with an even heavier oil. I always disconnect the rear spring trunnion pipes at the trunnion and pump the oil until I know its got that far before I reconnect the pipes and give a few more pumps.
