Don,

I think the correct light would be an FT 27, same as TA, TB, early TC. Your
PA did not have a badge bar down low but you could use (a) N-type brackets 
&
bar down on the apron, (b) the chrome P-type badge bar that's between the
headlamps, or (c) the tab on the NS headlamp bracket opposite the horn.
