Subject: Inlet Manifold Repair
> Can anybody out there recommend a compound or epoxy for fixing hairline
cracks in inlet manifolds? Manifold in question is on a 1925 Alvis and the
inlet/exhaust manifold is cast in one piece, hence the inlet gets very hot.
JB weld is not for use over 6000 F, which I believe the manifold exceeds.
