address for funding MMM network - and - strange oil line on PA

OK, the files have broken down, could someone send me the address for mailing 
a check to keep the MMM network going?

Also, I find the remnants of what appears to be an oil line fitting (90 
degree configuration) , tapped into the valve cover of my PA. It's on the 
left side, near the top, about over # 3 cylinder. Anyone seen this before or 
have ideas on this modification?
