Bearings, seals and bronze bushes should be available from your local
bearing supplier. Just give them the dimensions (OD x ID x THK) and type
(ball, roller, etc); or take samples of what you need. Even the caged
rollers used in the gearbox are available this way.
As to the front cross tube, it's easy to make. It consists of three pieces:
the tube itself and two end plugs which are cylindrical with locating pips
cut on one end. You can measure every dimension directly, except the
length/depth of the end plugs which needs a bit of wire with a hook on the
end as a probe.
To assemble, the safest way is to fit the bits to the chassis to ensure the
pips on the two ends line up, then weld or pin.
