[Land-speed] Be careful, remember New Orleans

The storm damaged cars may show up on used car lots and on internet sites like
they did after the New Orleans disaster a few years ago.

The one that showed up to race at World of Speed had a brown line painted
around the black body showing the high water mark from the flood waters.  J.
T. Nesbitt and his friends rescued the body that was donated by the owner.
