I noticed on page 42 of the December, 2009 issue of Hot Rod Magazine, in a 
caption connected with the C/Gas Modified Sports Cadillac of Bob Johnson, it 
states, "...spinning twice and even taking a penalty day." 



What the heck is a 'Penalty Day'?
